Goldarths Review opens Editorial Bureau in Neuchâtel, Switzerland
October 2007 - Goldarths Review, the world’s foremost online luxury magazine, has established a Swiss editorial office in the canton of Neuchâtel, right in the heart of Swiss watchmaking.
The new editorial office marks Goldarths Review’s continuing effort to provide more in-depth coverage on the luxury watch industry. Founder and Editorial Director Julian Peh says “Many of our readers are discerning watch enthusiasts. They demand to know the inside story behind the watches that they love. Our editorial bureau in Neuchâtel will allow us to deliver that quality of content to our readers”
The Swiss editorial bureau will be headed by Ron DeCorte. A master watchmaker, Ron was the president of the American Watchmakers Institute, (now the AWCI) and was awarded with the AWI’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2003. He has been active in writing articles on watches and horology since 1993.
Ron has been Technical Editor (Horology) of Goldarths Review since July 2006. Previously based in the US, Ron will now be residing in Neuchâtel to spearhead Goldarths Review’s editorial efforts in Switzerland and Germany.
